(KVLY) Denver will be in the spotlight Wednesday night as President Barack Obama and Republican candidate for President Mitt Romney square off in their first debate.

The presidential election is a month away and there will be three debates between the two candidates before Election Day. They will focus on domestic policies, like the economy, health care and the role of government.
Both men spent Tuesday getting ready for the debate. Romney is already in Denver, while the President has spent the past couple of days preparing in Nevada.

Make sure to watch tonight's debate right here at 8pm on KALB News Channel 5 or CBS 2.
