ALEXANDRIA, La. - Alexandria police responded to a report of shots fired on Kelly Street just before 9 a.m. Thursday morning.

Witnesses say two men were arguing when one man pulled out a gun and started shooting. They also say at least six shots were fired, but no one was injured.
