RAPIDES PARISH, La.— The Rapides Parish Sheriff's Office has arrested two men for making meth at a home in Pineville.
Deputies tell us neighbors on Desoto Street called them, and said they suspected "illegal activity" inside the house.
Officers say they went to investigate and found 33-year-old Kenneth Thornton and 31-year-old Arthur Joseph cooking meth inside.
Both were charged with creating and operating a clandestine lab and are being held on a $5,000 bond.
