The cold front passed through CenLa earlier this afternoon. We'll continue to see the cloud cover that came in behind the front stick around tonight and Sunday. We'll also keep a breezy N wind tonight and tomorrow at about 5-15 mph.
As for temperatures, we're already cooling down quickly. Overnight we can expect to drop down to around the 50 degree mark for Alexandria/Pineville/Marksville areas, but farther north (Natchitoches, Winnfield, Colfax, Jena) you'll drop into the upper 40's. However, Monday morning we will see our coldest temperatures of the season so far, with all areas dropping into the mid-40's. As for high temperatures we'll stay in the 60's for Sunday, warm into the 70's for Monday, and then by Tuesday we'll be back into the 80's and warming throughout the week.
As of right now there are no major systems coming our way over the next week. High pressure will dominate our forecast for a few days, keeping rain chances low for the most part.
Enjoy the awesome Fall weather this week!
