ALEXANDRIA, La. - It was a great day to learn about Alexandria's History in the great outdoors.
Taking It to the Street is a free, family-friendly walking tour of downtown Alexandria.
Ten different street performers were set up along the route.
News Channel 5's Dorrell Wenninger served as a tour guide for this month's event.
Next month's event will be called "Taking It to the Bentley."
It will feature performers at the newly purchased Hotel Bentley.
The gathering will take place on Saturday morning, November 10th.
