NOVEMBER OUTLOOK - KALB-TV News Channel 5 & CBS 2

The Climate Prediction Center (CPC) rolled out their 30-day outlook for November. For central Louisiana, the CPC says November 2012 is too close to call. Their outlook gives an equal chance that the month will be above or below normal in temperature and rainfall. This would follow an October that was near average on temperature and well below average on rainfall.
