Overview
There is a Low Pressure System that is over the NE GoM (NorthEast Gulf of Mexico) that will continue to move NE and up the Atlantic Coastline. This NorEastern will bring even more rough weather and some snowfall to the already battered coastline of NE U.S. In the wake of this system, expect a ridge of high pressure to build in, providing clearing skies and cooler temperatures.

Discussion
As this low continues to move out of the area, we will see skies clear out and a cooler, more dense air mass will move over our area as a ridge of high pressure digs in and anchors its self over the our region. This high pressure will be in place for the next several days and bring with it very pleasant conditions and chilly overnight temperatures.
  
For the rest of the day
Expect to see these partly to mostly cloudy skies clear out and reveal plenty of sunshine. Winds will remain light to moderate and out of the North & West. This will be an awesome day for elections throughout our region. Highs will top out in a very comfortable range. Overnight, cooler conditions and a calming wind with clear skies will allow lows to become cold and bottom out in the 40's.

Through the later part of the week, we will see sunny skies and rain chances off the board and a ridge of high pressure will dominate the forecast. Temperatures will drop into the lower 40's for a couple of nights but will remain in a comfortable range. We will see increasing clouds and a warming trend for the weekend and the beginning of the work week will bring with it, our next chance for rain.

TODAY...Patchy morning fog burning off by 10am, followed by continued clearing skies, becoming sunny later today. Highs 64-70. NW breeze 5-15 mph.

TUESDAY NIGHT...Clear skies and seasonably chilly. Lows 39-46. W/NW wind 2-6 mph.
