As we head into the end of the work week, we'll see one more day of near perfect weather. However, late Friday night into Saturday we'll begin to see increasing clouds ahead of our next cold front. In addition to increasing clouds on both Saturday and Sunday, we'll also see a couple of breezy days as the front gets closer to CenLa. Expect winds from the S at 10-20 mph, with even higher gusts, especially on Sunday. Late Sunday night and throughout the day on Monday is when we'll see the best chance for rain. We expect high rain chances for Monday- 80%. Severe weather is possible with this event. It's still a little early, but it looks like the biggest threats would be heavy rains, strong winds, small hail, and the possibility of isolated tornadoes.
After the front passes we can expect some great fall temperatures! Beginning Tuesday morning we'll drop back into the 30's for lows, and those temperatures will stick around for a few days. As for highs, Monday through Thursday we'll stay in the 60's.
With the exception of Monday, we should see a nice forecast...enjoy!
