As we head into the weekend we can expect warm weather with plenty of sunshine. However, as Sunday afternoon approaches we'll see a change to our weather pattern.
Ahead of an approaching cold front expect showers and thunderstorms. Some storms could be severe. The biggest threat from any severe storms will be heavy rains, strong winds, hail, and the possibility of isolated tornadoes. The best chance for rain will be overnight Sunday. However, we can expect some activity Sunday afternoon and Monday morning as well.
Once we get the front out of the way we'll see 30's again for our lows and we'll only warm into the lower to mid 60's for highs. Throughout the majority of the week we'll see plenty of sunshine and low rain chances....nice fall weather.
