
Ingredients:
1-bag of frozen hash browns (cubes)
1- container of sour cream
1-can cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup of milk
1 large bag of shredded cheese (cheddar or Colby)
1-small onion chopped fine dash of salt and black pepper.
1 block of melted butter
1/2 jar of Real Bacon Bits
Corn flakes crumbs (for topping)
Instructions:
In a large bowl mix all ingredients saving 1/2 the cheese for topping and corn flakes crumbs. Spread all into a 9x13 baking dish and top with remainder of the cheese and then corn flakes crumbs. Bake for 55 to 60 minutes at 325 degrees.
