ALEXANDRIA, La. - The Louisiana Workforce Commission met with laid-off Alexandria Hostess employees Monday.
During the four sessions, commission workers spoke with the workers about the available re-employment services, unemployment insurance benefits and eligibility.
Hostess employed more than 200 people at the Holsum Bakery, but they were laid off when Hostess shut down.
