Now that the cold front is out of the area, we are seeing and feeling it's effects. Tonight will be a cold one for CenLa...with lows 28-34. As a result, a *Freeze Warning* has been issued for many areas. This means that temperatures will be between 28-32 degrees for 3-5 hours or more. Make sure to protect the "3 P's"- Pipes, plants, and pets! Expect clear skies and a wind from the N at 2-8 becoming light.
Tuesday will bring nice weather. We'll see sunny skies and high temperatures 49-53. Winds from the NE at 2-10 mph. By Tuesday night, we'll see even colder temperatures. Most of us will be at or below the freezing mark, resulting in a *Freeze Warning* once again. A few areas may see a *Hard Freeze Warning.* Any areas within a hard freeze warning will drop below 27 degrees for at least 3-5 hours. Expect clear skies and a light N wind.
Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday will be really nice (and cool) days. As we head into next weekend though, we'll see our next front head this way. We may see a few showers Friday night and then more showers and thunderstorms on Saturday as the front moves through.
