Sunday brings another nasty looking weather day to CenLa. A cold front will work it's way towards the region, brining showers and thunderstorms throughout the day. Some thunderstorms could be severe. The biggest threat from any severe storms will be strong winds and isolated tornadoes. Several upper level disturbances will also move through the region ahead of the front, which will help our rain chances last into the evening hours.
So, on Sunday night expect continued rain and thunderstorms. Some of these storms could also be severe. However, the rain will begin to taper off after midnight.
By Monday morning we will see decreasing clouds which will leave us with a sunny day. Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday look to be pleasant weather days with plenty of sunshine, highs around 70 or so, and lows in the 40's.
Another front will move through the region on Thursday, bringing showers and thunderstorms to the region. Once this front is through we will see cooler temperatures- back into the 30's again!
