Following Sunday's beneficial and general rainfall, the sky cleared Monday afternoon and a pleasant day resulted.
Morning low temperatures were some twenty degrees above normal with upper 50s and lower 60s. However, with a clear sky and a cooler air mass now in residence. the daily min temp will actually occur between 6PM and midnight.
Daytime highs ranged from the middle 60s to the lower 70s. The 30-year average is 60 degrees and the record is 79 in 1924.
Tuesday will be a fine day with a mostly sunny sky and high temps in the upper 60s to the middle 70s. It will be a nice day to get some of that Christmas shopping done.
