SOGGY START TO 2013 - KALB-TV News Channel 5 & CBS 2

As expected, 2013 began on a wet note as widespread, almost incessant rain moved through central Louisiana from the west. At KALB, we had 13 hours of non-stop rain. Top totals were: Williana 4.20; Bunkie 4.00; Otis/Hineston 3.50; DeRidder 3.00; and Simmesport 2.93. Many people said the rain was still welcome, but others told me that dry weather for a few days would be welcome.
