Procter and Gamble Job Openings

PINEVILLE, La. — Procter & Gamble Co., the consumer goods industry leader marketing products sold under the brand names of Tide, Pampers, Crest, Gain, Bounty, Gillette and more, has opened its online application process for new manufacturing positions at the P&G laundry products manufacturing plant in Pineville.

Supported by LED FastStart™, the online application process is for hourly positions to support upcoming centralization of laundry dry powder making and packing to the Pineville facility. These hourly positions are for production operators to support a 24-hour, seven-day-a-week laundry making, packing and shipping facility. Hourly wages range from $16 an hour starting pay up to $31 an hour for the highest-skilled positions. P&G offers excellent benefits for the positions.

All openings are full-time positions that will be assigned to work rotating, 12-hour shifts. Applicants will be required to pass a written test and to participate in interview sessions, a drug screening and background check. 

P&G will create 50 new direct jobs through centralizing the dry powder making and packing operations to the Pineville facility. The company will begin hiring new employees in the first quarter 2013.
