Late Thursday night and into the early morning hours on Friday we will see a cold front move through Cenla. This front is very weak, so we won't see much in the way of rain chances. However, a few showers are possible during this time period. The main concern will be the return of fog once again. Look for fog to begin developing later tonight- around midnight- and sticking around through Friday morning. This fog could be dense at times for some areas, so watch out if you're on the roads early Friday morning.
Saturday's forecast includes partly sunny to mostly cloudy skies, mild temperatures, and only a slight chance for rain. Overall, it will be a decent day for outdoor activities. However, our next weather make moves in beginning Sunday. A cold front will move into the region beginning Sunday and will stall out across the region, keeping some pretty good rain chances in the forecast for Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday. We'll also see a good chance for thunderstorms as well, especially Sunday afternoon into Monday. The timing on when exactly the front will move out looks to be Tuesday afternoon as of right now. This will leave us for cooler, drier weather for the rest of the week!
