What is Boudin (pronounced Bou-dan)? To put it simply, it's a dirty rice in a sausage casing. Our dirty rice is a blend of pork, white rice, and Cajun seasoning. We then stuff this rice mixture into a natural pork sausage casing. Delish! Buy it by the link or by the pound for $3.59 per lb.
