Sensorstream is sponsoring the inaugural Smart Watch Summit at the Mandarin Oriental in Hong Kong from 14-16 March 2013. This conference is for original equipment manufacturers (OEMs), suppliers, and integrators in the emerging smart watch industry. This is the first technology summit dedicated exclusively to the smart watch industry and will provide an excellent opportunity for discussion, networking, and business development.
“I think this is going to be a dynamic opportunity for many smart watch suppliers, integrators, and software developers to finally meet under one roof to discuss where the smart watch industry is right now, and more importantly, how the market might evolve over the coming years,” Tom Rapko founder of Sensorstream commented.
Participants who plan on attending the Smart Watch Summit should register in advance and those interested in presenting at the summit should have all materials submitted by March 10, 2013 for review. The summit naturally will give preference to presentations tailored towards the smart watch industry. Of particular interest are the following topics: capacitive displays, power systems, mobile software, wireless integration, near field communication (NFC), ergonomic watch design, and biometrics.
