Training for Tatas

ALEXANDRIA, La. (KALB News Channel 5)- If you want to get healthy and join the fight against breast cancer - there's a new program in Cenla for you.

'Training for Tatas is an intense fitness program designed to teach you how to eat healthy and get in shape.

The 8 week boot camp begins next month and will run through mid-October. One dollar for every pound lost will be donated to the Susan G. Komen foundation.

The program will wrap up with participants running the 'Race for the Cure' on October 19th.

"It'll be boot camp style exercising and it'll be in a group which is a lot better than trying to do it by yourself because you have a group you have people that support you, that have the same goals as you and that will really help you to keep going on with what you're doing," says fitness coach Nathan Gallineau.

Training for Tata's begins August 17th. The cost is $200 for the 8 week session and includes nutrition coaching. Workouts will be held Monday-Thursday at 6am, 5:40pm, and 6:30pm; Friday 6am and 5:30pm; and Saturday 9am.

For more information contact Nathan Gallineau at 613-1192 or email ngfitness365@gmail.com.
