Book Ends Used Book Store

Posted: Updated:

PINEVILLE, La. (KALB News Channel 5) The Martin Branch Library will now keep its Book Ends Used Book Store open six days a week in Pineville.

Monday through Saturday from nine to six library visitors can now purchase used books, movies, and other items for just 25 cents.

Library administrators say the Book Ends Used Book Store will give CenLa residents a convenient and affordable place to buy used books.

"Well people love to buy books and they love to own their own books and of course we check out many many books to people that they bring back. But then they like to hang on to some of their own and this gives them an opportunity to come and browse regularly because the stock is always changing. They have those that they want to keep for themselves," said Steve Rogge.

The Martin Branch Library is located on West Shamrock in Pineville.
