Disorganized Storms in the Gulf Will Enhance Rain Chances
Some disorganized thunderstorms associated with an inverted trough in the NE gulf will move toward the west, enhancing our rain chances this weekend. The National Hurricane Center gives this system a 10% chance of development into a tropical cyclone within the next 48 hours. For us, it will likely just be a little wet this weekend.
For the rest of the Atlantic Basin, no development is expected within the next 48 hours.
