La. woman arrested for murder of infant daughter

EVANGELINE PARISH, La. (KALB News Channel 5) Evangeline Parish Sheriff's Office arrest woman for 1st degree murder of her infant.

On August 29, Detectives with the Evangeline Parish Sheriff's Office arrested Ayla M. Lynch of Turkey Creek, La. in the death of her 15 month old daughter that occurred in April 2013. The EPSO said Lynch has been at the forefront of the investigation from the start. After several days of speaking with Lynch and additional information, EPSO arrested Lynch for 1st Degree Murder of Brooklyne Mann. Lynch was booked into the Evangeline Parish Jail.
