MARKSVILLE, La. (KALB News Channel 5) - Marksville police say the man wanted for terrorizing Marksville High School on August 30 has been captured.

Police say he was located by the U.S. Marshal's Office at a residence in Hackberry, LA, which is located in Cameron Parish.

Investigators say Adam Ponthieux faces charges that include terrorizing, disturbing the peace, and unlawful disruption of a school while in operation.

He will be held on a $1 million bond and will be returned to Avoyelles Parish.

We're told he's the son of an employee at the high school

No one was hurt but students at the school were on lockdown for several hours Friday.

Police said they have impounded Ponthieux's vehicle.
