Quincy L. Cheek's Shrimp & Rice Opelousas
In a rice cooker, place shrimp in bottom of cooker and sprinkle with creole seasoning. Add remaining ingredients to rice cooker, stir well, cover with lid and COOK on white rice setting. Once the meal is cooked, and the cooker transfers to WARM mode, stir and let it stand covered 10 minutes before serving.
Cooks for 32 minutes and made up to the 6-cup level.
