An upper level ridge of high pressure has been keeping temperatures high and rain chances rather low. The ridge is forecasted to break down mid week, somewhat normalizing our rain chances and temperatures. This may also invite the chance of a cool front to make it's way here. It may not lower temperatures dramatically, however it should bring us some decent rain chances by the weekend. Expect hot, humid, and somewhat dry conditions for the next few days. The upper level trough to the east should act as a barrier against the remnants of Gabrielle in case they redevelop.
