Cheeks Marine and Legend Bass Boats Team Up

Posted: Updated:

ALEXANDRIA, La. (KALB News Channel 5) Four Legend Bass Boats were delivered to Cheeks Marine in Alexandria this morning.

That makes Cheeks Marine one of just two boat retailers in the state authorized to sell Legend Bass Boats.

The CenLa boating shop was hand picked by Legend Bass Boats to be an official Legend Bass Boat outlet. The owner says, they're honored.

"Well it is a big day at cheeks marine. We just got our first load as you can see behind us we are unloading now a load of Legend Bass Boats. They are custom built bass boats that come out of Arkansas. All are powered with big engines. They are the cream of the crop, they are what everybody wants to be when they grow up. We are just thrilled to have the boats here," said Steve Berry.

Cheeks Marine has served the Central Louisiana boating community for more than forty years.
