Pineville man arrested for allegedly attempting to sell drugs

MARKSVILLE, La. (KALB News Channel 5) – Deputies arrest a man for allegedly trying to sell drugs.

According to Avoyelles Parish Sheriff's Office, they arrested 40-year-old Stacy B. Tullos of Pineville, on Wednesday evening for allegedly trying to sell drugs in the Marksville area. 

APSO said, they found more than 29 grams of suspected crystal methamphetamine in Tullos' possession.  The estimated amount seized was said to be $3,500. Deputies arrested Tullos at a parking lot in Marksville, after a brief investigation relating to Tullos allegedly trying to sell the drug.

Tullos has a previous record of violent crime. He also has multiple drug related offenses, according to APSO.

Tullos was booked into the Avoyelles Parish Sheriff's Office DC #1.  He was charged with possession with intent to distribute schedule II CDS.

Bond is set at $12,000.
