APD: Pineville man charged with indecent behavior with a juvenile

ALEXANDRIA, LA. (KALB News Channel 5) Pineville man arrested for indecent behavior with a juvenile, among other charges.

According to the Alexandria Police Department, On October 4, 2013, APD Detectives arrested Wayne Gilbert Crooks, 37, of Pineville. Wayne was charged with one count of Indecent Behavior with a Juvenile, one count of Contributing to the Delinquency of a Juvenile and one count of Probation Violation.

According to APD, On September 19, 2013, APD Officers were dispatched to a residence in the 5600 Block of Hara in reference to an investigation. Upon arrival, the complainant reported that Crooks acted inappropriately with a juvenile.

APD said Detectives were called in to assist, and as a result of their investigation, a warrant of arrest was issued for Crooks. APD said Crooks was taken into custody without incident and transported to the Rapides Parish Detention Center. There are no other details regarding this incident available for release at this time.
