KENNER, La. (AP) - A former St. Charles Parish sheriff's deputy surrendered to Kenner police for using the sheriff's office's gas card to buy $86.90 worth of gas for his personal vehicle in August.
Authorities tell The Advocate (http://bit.ly/1bUdXVo ) another deputy is expected to turn himself in Tuesday.

Police say 38-year-old Gregory Cali, of Metairie, was booked Monday with malfeasance, theft and access device fraud.

St. Charles Parish Sheriff's Office spokesman Pat Yoes said a routine audit of the office's Fuelman account wasn't adding up, apparently because of unexplained charges at a Kenner gas station.
After checking the station's surveillance video, information was turned over to Kenner police.

Yoes said there's nothing in the audit to suggest organized or widespread fraud that goes beyond the two deputies, but he said the investigation is ongoing.
