Book sale at Glenmora library

GLENMORA, La. (KALB News Channel 5) - The annual Fall Bake and Book Sale at the J.W. McDonald Memorial Branch Library is this week.

The sale is every day through Saturday, October 19.

The sale is during regular library hours each day and will close at 4 p.m. each day.

Monday, Wednesday and Friday it will be open from 1 to 4 p.m. Tuesday the sale is from 10 a.m. until 4 p.m. and Thursday the sale is from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Saturday the sale starts at 9 a.m. and ends at 1 p.m.

Baked goods include cookies, cakes, candy, jellies and jams. Books cost $1 for hardbacks and $0.50 cents for paperbacks. Wednesday's book sale special is buy two books, get one free.

The J.W. McDonald Memorial Branch Library is located at 1075 Hwy 497 in Glenmora. For information, call JoAnn Perry at 419-2841, or Gail Goldberg at 748-4848.
