There's a definite chill in the air, but another cold front is expected by Tuesday.
An upper level trough has dug its way into the eastern United States. The jet stream is helping to bring cooler air into our area. While Cenla is already rather dry, there may not be enough energy to bring us heavy rain by the time the front passes us. A slight wind shift will bring temperatures up slightly until the front passes around late Monday or early Tuesday. There is still a chance of rain though, around 30%. Once the front passes, temperatures will drop again and we'll see highs in the lower 70's by midweek. Beyond that, autumnal weather will be with us for most of the week.
