According to the Rapides Parish Sheriff's Office, on November 19 at approximately 9 a.m., Deputies from the Deville Sub Station responded to 19 Nickolas Rd. in reference to a burglary that had just occurred. RPSO said upon arrival, the victim stated he received a phone call from a witness stating a subject, later identified as Keith Free, had just left his residence carrying a crowbar. The victim checked his residence and discovered some prescription medication had been taken.
