There's a non tropical area of low pressure out in the eastern Atlantic. There's a low chance of development within the next 48 hours as conditions remain unfavorable. If it does intensify, it will likely acquire subtropical characteristics and not be a threat to the United States. Hurricane season ends Saturday.
