Friday brought a cold, raw end to an otherwise warm week.
Morning lows were in the upper 30s to the lower 50s prior to 7AM. Temperatures dropped into the middle 30s to the lower 40s by 10PM. A northerly wind blew steadily at 10-20 mph and added to the misery index.
Modest amounts of rain at some locations. Dana Drive in Pineville measure 0.85 inches for the top total received by the KALB First Alert Storm Team. Plaucheville received 0.75 inches and Esler Airport measured 0.71 inches. Hummingbird Lane in Alexandria, River View, and Jonesville rounded out the count with 0.70 inches.
