According to the Rapides Parish Sheriff's Office, on Nov.  1, 2013, deputies responded to a burglary in the Kelley Land subdivision area, and the victim alleged someone stole some large flat screen televisions. The following day, the victim made contact with Bruce Conner, 18, of Alexandria, who admitted to taking the televisions and returned one of them.
