Casino Robbery Suspect Surrenders

THIBODAUX, La. (AP) - Authorities say a suspect in an armed robbery at the Jungle Casino in Thibodaux has surrendered after learning of a warrant for his arrest.
 
Lafourche Parish Sheriff Craig Webre's office says 25-year-old Delric Hadley, of Thibodaux, was booked into jail Monday on an armed robbery charge. Hadley was being held on $150,000 bond.
 
Webre's office says a man armed with a handgun entered the casino on Dec. 13, disarmed a security guard and tried in vain to enter a cashier's booth.
 
The suspect left the casino with the guard's gun and fled in a stolen truck that deputies later found in a ditch with a ski mask inside the vehicle.
