St. Landry Crime Stoppers search for armed robbery suspect

ST. LANDRY, La. (KALB News Channel 5) On Jan. 31, St. Landry Crime Stoppers asked the public's assistance in locating an armed robbery suspect.

According to the St. Landry Parish Sheriff's Office, on Jan. 30, at approximately 3:44 p.m., a man with a red hoodie entered a victim's garage on Marie St. armed with a silver handgun and demanded money.

The Sheriff's Office described the suspect as a black male in his early 20's. The suspect was last seen driving east on Hwy. 182 in a gray four door Honda with rims.

Anyone with information about this crime is asked to call St. Landry Crime Stoppers at 948-8477.
