Remembering Christian Gage Lavallie

Posted: Updated:

BALL, La. (KALB News Channel 5) - A car accident on Rigolette Road Monday left five teenagers injured and two others dead, including Christian Gage Lavallie.

Family and friends gathered Saturday to honor the memory of 15-year-old Christian Gage Lavallie.

"Nobody deserves this," said Waylon Dubroc, a friend of Christian. "But he definitely didn't deserve this."

Lavallie's loved ones say they are sending special messages to let him know his life won't soon be forgotten.

"You will be forever in my heart," said Sandy Lavallie, Christian's mother. "You are my everything."

Lavallie was a student at Tioga High School and was known to have fun and enjoy life to the fullest. His friends say they will always remember the good times they shared together.

"I can't say was because he is my best friend and no one can take that place from him," said Adriene Bruce.

"Gage was my first friend that I ever had," said Madison Pearson, another friend. "I remember walking into pre-k the first day of school and him saying, 'Hey you want to color this picture with me? I can't color by myself.'"

They are also reminded of the times when Lavallie was close by, whenever someone needed a helping hand.

"Whenever we were in trouble he always gave us motivational words to help us," said Mark Hayden Lacombe, friend of Christian. "We are truly going to miss him."

And on this day, families and friends sent their love and well-wishes to the heavens above.

"You will always be in my heart," said Sandy Lavallie. "You are everything to me. I don't know how I will go on without you."
