NSAIDS and Expecting Moms

A new study finds over-the-counter anti-inflammatory drugs, called NSAIDS do not increase a woman's risk of miscarriage.

Women are typically warned not to take ibuprofen or naproxen during the first trimester ... Because it's been unclear if they affect pregnancy loss.

But after studying data from more than 65-thousand women, researchers found no association between exposure to NSAIDS  and miscarriage risk.
