ALBC/LSUA Scholarship Open Bass Tournament

ALBC/LSUA SCHOLARSHIP OPEN BASS TOURNAMENT SET FOR FEBRUARY 22

ALEXANDRIA, La. (KALB News Channel 5) – The annual Association of Louisiana Bass Clubs and LSU of Alexandria Scholarship Open Bass Tournament is set for Saturday, February 22 at Red River Midway Marina St. Maurice. 

The event begins at safelight and will end at 3:00 p.m., followed by the weigh-in. Participants can launch from the Midway Store and the St. Maurice Public Ramp after checking in at Midway.

The entry fee is $150 per team. Registration forms can be found at Academy Sports, Security Sporting Goods, Louisiana Archery, Cheeks Marine and Pineville Marine. 

First place receives $1800 with the big bass winner taking home $500.  Both figures are based on 50 teams.  The tournament also pays the top ten teams. 

Entry forms and cash payments are accepted at Midway Marina the morning of the event.
