Child Safety

Graco Children's Products  is recalling more than three million child car seats because faulty buckles make it tough to free a child in an emergency.

Some say the red release button in the center of the harness can get stuck and be difficult to unlatch. Graco officials say food and dried liquids can affect the buckle over time.

The recall covers 11 models made from 2009 through 2013 by Graco which is headquartered in Atlanta.   According to the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration, it's the fourth-largest child seat recall in U.S. History.

Customers are being offered  "new and improved harness buckles" at no cost.
