LSUA job fair

ALEXANDRIA, La. (KALBNews Channel 5) - Job seekers turned out for the LSUA job fair.

Representatives from 50businesses were on campus looking for potential employees. 

The job fair was opento both current and former students of the university. 

One person we talkedwith says he likes being able to meet prospective employers face to face.

"I think itmakes it more personable that you can come to the employer, see them face toface you can put a name with face and they can do the same with you as wellbecause it creates interest in you that they can see who that they're hiring,"said Reginald McCoy.

McCoy also says thereare jobs available in the area, but he's finding the market to be prettycompetitive.
