Posted: Updated:

13-hundred people in Mississippi will be out of a job this summer when the Harrah's Tunica Casino closes June 2nd.

Its parent company, Nevada-based Caesar's Entertainment, says business is down and competition is up.  Harrah's Tunica struggled to regain business after a major flood closed the casino in 2011.

Caesars Entertainment said it will help find new jobs for as many of its employees as possible.
