Got Milk? It Can Be Good For Your Knees

Drinking fat-free or low-fat milk may help delay the progression of knee osteoporosis.

A study from Brigham and Women's hospital in Boston followed more than 2-thousand patients with knee osteoporosis for up to four years. The researchers found women who frequently drank milk had a slower progression of the joint disease.  

Sorry guys, no such effect was found in men.
