PFLUGERVILLE, Texas, June 13, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Matthew McMillan's dedication to customer service made him the ideal candidate for promotion to marketing company president of U-Haul Company of North Austin. As president, McMillan will oversee all operations and use his knowledge and drive to increase this company's success.
"I'm excited about building strong relationships with the community," McMillan stated. "The ability to grow and develop relationships with city leaders, dealers and team members will certainly take our team to the next level."
McMillan began his U-Haul career in March 2002 as a customer service representative (CSR) for U-Haul Moving and Storage at I-20 and 360. Several months later McMillan served as an assistant general manager before returning as a CSR to U-Haul Moving and Storage of Addison. He also served as CSR for U-Haul Moving and Storage of Richardson before being promoted to reservation manager for U-Haul Company of East Dallas. In October 2007, McMillan was promoted to general manager at U-Haul Moving and Storage of Plano.
