The Latest Study On Vaccine Safety

(NBC) A large review of vaccine data backs previous study findings that the shots are safe for children. 

The Rand Corporation looked at studies conducted after the last large vaccine review in 2011, and included data that was excluded from that report.  Researchers found the measles, mumps, rubella -- or M-M-r vaccine -- is not linked to autism. They also found strong evidence that this vaccine -- and the tetanus and hepatitis b vaccine -- are not associated with childhood leukemia.

They did find some adverse events linked to vaccines -- but these reports were rare.
