GRANT PARISH, La. (KALB News Channel 5) - On July 9, 2014, the Grant Parish Sheriff’s Office received a report of a burglary at a church in the Hudson Creek community.

GPSO stated when deputies arrived, they discovered that entry into the church had been made through a window.  The suspects had eaten food that was in the freezer and refrigerator,  knocked holes in the walls of the church, and spread feces on the walls of the church.

They had also painted obscenities and graffiti on the road in front of the church and on neighboring property.

After a thorough investigation, deputies determined that a 17 year old female and three juveniles were responsible.  Alexandra Goodman, 17, of Colfax, was arrested for Simple Burglary of a Religious Building, 2 counts of Simple Criminal Damage to Property, and 2 counts of Criminal Damage to Property by Defacing with Graffiti.

The three juveniles were also charged with the crimes, according to GPSO.
