Iselle is expected to weaken some as it approaches Hawaii but may still be a hurricane as it passes near the Big Island. Hurricane conditions are possible on the Big Island Thursday night and tropical storm conditions are possible over portions of Maui county Thursday night and over Oahu Thursday night or Friday. Heavy rain, high surf, and a storm surge on windward Big Island and Kau of 1-3 feet.
