DA Files Writ Against Police Jury

The Rapides Parish District Attorney's Office has filed a petition for a Writ of Mandamus against the Rapides Parish Police Jury and its treasurer, Bruce Kelly, after the jury voted last week to slash the DA's budget by $700,000.
